Flange tool
Equalizer's patented range of alignment tools focuses on rotational or misalignment issues that occur in flange connections. Alignment of flanges is essential to ensure a leak-free bolted flange connection. The Equalizer flange spreader provides a safe, cost-effective and easy solution for dismantling flanged connections.
There are many reasons why misalignments occur, including overhanging weight, pipe support placement, and manufacturing tolerances. Leveling tools provide a much safer, faster, and more efficient way to align flanges compared to traditional, manual tools.
kNm Hydraulikk sells and rents Enerpac leveling tools that provide customers with an easy and safe way to align flanges and spread flanges. Leveling tools use mechanical or hydraulic power and are designed to simplify maintenance of flange connections. All tools are supplied as a complete kit.
- Used on horizontal or vertical flanges, including ANSI/ASME, API, BS, DIN and SPO.
- Used on most pipe configurations with a minimum bolt hole diameter of 16.0 mm – 35.5 mm.
- Reaction force of up to 90 kN.
All our products are available for both sale and rental.
